Meal Counting and Claiming System




The Child Nutrition Program provides technical assistance, training and resources to school districts in order to promote effective management of the federal funded nutrition programs. This is in accordance with United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) and Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) regulations.


Important Session Information:


This course is designed to assist personnel in child nutrition programs to effectively establish and implement an effective counting and claiming system, acceptable meal collection procedures, quality assurance measures, financial responsibilities, and compliance.
 
Please Note: Course credit is only given to attendees who are present for a minimum of 85% of the course training.
