This course is designed to train supervisors on the best practices for conducting employee evaluations. Participants will gain a deep understanding of how to effectively assess performance, provide actionable feedback, and set meaningful goals that drive improvement. By the end of the course, supervisors will be equipped to engage in transparent, goal-oriented evaluations that motivate staff, enhance performance, and strengthen the overall effectiveness of the Region 10 ESC team.
