This full-day workshop is designed to help districts proactively identify and address mid-year skew in teacher observation and student growth data during the Data Capture Year. Region 10’s TIA team will guide participants through hands-on use of the TIA Excel Analysis Tool and Planning Dashboard to uncover misalignments, evaluate correlation, and prepare for a data submission that meets TEA validation standards.
