This professional development session provides a foundational understanding of special education funding for special education leaders. Participants will learn about key funding sources and financial requirements essential to their role, including IDEA-B, Proportionate Share, CEIS/CCEIS, Maintenance of Effort, NECB funds, and High Cost Funds. This session will equip leaders with the knowledge needed to navigate funding regulations, ensure compliance, and maximize resources to support students with disabilities effectively. 

There are two price tiers for this event
     1. Region 10 public local education agencies receive free registration.
     2. Out of Region and/or Private/Non-Profit entities pay $125.00.
