In this 30-minute professional development session, educators will explore the power of student goal setting in both literacy and behavior. This session will provide practical strategies to help students take ownership of their learning by setting, tracking, and achieving meaningful goals.
Participants will learn how to:
Develop SMART goals that support literacy growth and positive behavior.
Use data and student self-reflection to drive goal setting.
Implement visual tracking tools and progress monitoring strategies to keep students motivated.
Foster a growth mindset by celebrating progress and adjusting goals as needed.
By the end of the session, educators will leave with ready-to-use tools and strategies to implement student-driven goal setting that promotes engagement, accountability, and success in both literacy and behavior.

2. Out of Region and/or Private/Non-Profit entities pay $125.00
