Early Career Teacher Support (K-12 Cohort)
Day 2 - Elementary

Jumpstart your teaching journey with practical, hands-on support tailored for your first years in the classroom. During the cohort period, you’ll gain essential tools to deliver high-quality instruction, create positive and productive learning environments, and support both student and teacher well-being.

These sessions are directly aligned to Texas Educator Standards and Levers 4 & 5 of the Effective Preparation Framework, ensuring your learning connects to proven best practices. Using the See it, Name it, Do it model, you’ll have opportunities to:

  • Plan and internalize lessons with clarity and confidence
  • Establish and reinforce classroom routines that run smoothly
  • Practice effective behavior strategies to support every learner
  • Receive feedback and coaching you can immediately apply

By the end of the cohort, you’ll leave with ready-to-use strategies, a stronger sense of confidence, and a supportive network of peers to walk alongside you in your teaching journey.
