Get ready to roll up your sleeves and dive into Behavior Bootcamp—a high-energy, hands-on training designed to equip educators with practical, effective strategies for navigating real classroom behavior challenges.
Over the course of a day and a half, participants will explore the why behind student behavior through the lens of the brain-body connection, including what happens during an amygdala hijack and how to support regulation in the moment. You’ll experience and practice simple, ready-to-use tools like brain breaks, co-regulation strategies, and communication techniques that de-escalate instead of escalate.
Day 1 focuses on building your foundation—strengthening classroom management systems, refining routines and expectations, and learning how to motivate and connect with students through relationship-driven practices. Day 2 brings it all to life through interactive stations where you’ll practice, role-play, and create materials you can immediately use in your classroom.
This isn’t sit-and-get—this is learn, move, practice, and apply. Walk away with a full toolbox of strategies that support student behavior, build belonging, and make your classroom a place where both you and your students can thrive.
