Region 10 ESC is hosting a FREE Content Accessibility Symposium for content creators, web editors, instructional designers, communications staff, public school administrators -- basically anyone who creates, edits, or posts online content.
We’ll share practical solutions that school districts can implement for students & parents with disabilities who cannot view/use/contribute to assignments or school newsletters due to non-accessible content. As educators, it's our responsibility to embrace accessibility and ensure the digital experiences we create are effective for all students and parents.
We have some AMAZING speakers who will demonstrate and discuss the challenges and complications of using non-compliant content, and provide important tips and solutions for solving these problems.
