Understanding and application of formal and informal assessments and evaluation procedures knowledge of transition issues and procedures across the life span: philosphical, historical, and legal foundations of special education; professional roles, responsibilities, legal and ethical requirements; effective communication and collaboration and professional settings, methods and strategies for exceptional students.
