This 1-hour session will explore effective strategies for helping students cope with academic and social pressures. Participants will discuss practical approaches to teaching time management skills and relaxation techniques that students can use to reduce stress. The training aims to equip school staff with the tools needed to support students in navigating the challenges they face, fostering a more balanced and resilient student body.
