Principal Workshop
Empowering Novice Principals: Student Success through a Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS)

Campus leaders today are called upon to demonstrate various skills that address the demands as mandated by the state the moment they step into the campus leader role. Research affirms the positive impact effective principals have on student and teacher success making it a priority that new principals receive the support they need to thrive as campus leaders.

The Principal Workshop will serve to build capacity in new leaders through systemic and authentic experiences aligned to the Texas Principal Standards. Sessions will focus on leadership development, current trends in leadership, and technical assistance/networking through relevant learning that will push leaders to be creative, responsible, and competent in their leadership.
