The CTE Leader as an Instructional Leader: Learn how to guide and support curriculum & instructional practices  that improve student outcomes and foster a culture of 

continuous improvement.

Building an Effective CTE Program: Gain insights into creating, maintaining, and evaluating high-quality CTE programs that meet the needs of students and the demands of industry.

Getting the Job: Receive practical advice and strategies for navigating the job market, 

from resume building to interview techniques.

In addition to the core content, the cohort includes regularly scheduled virtual Professional 

Learning Communities (PLCs) where you can collaborate and share experiences with peers.
