This session is designed to provide special education evaluators, including educational diagnosticians and licensed specialists in school psychology (LSSPs), with the latest updates on legal requirements and best practices in special education. Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of recent legislative changes, court rulings, and policy updates that impact the evaluation process and service delivery for students with disabilities.
