Expanded Core Curriculum (ECC) Event
College Day at UNT




This event is designed for students and their teachers to participate in an event addressing the Expanded Core Curriculum.  The ECC includes the curriculum critical to the success of students with visual impairments in their general education curriculum.  

 


Important Session Information:


Join us for a day of exploration at University of North Texas. This session is for students (juniors and seniors in high school) who are interested in learning more about what college life is like. Students and their COMS and TVIs can join this session for a college tour, Q and A with the Office of Disabilities and Accommodations and students who have visual impairments and have attended college. Students will learn what paperwork they need to have ready and the process of transitioning from high school to college.

There are two price tiers for this event

1.   Region 10 public local education agencies receive free registration

2.   Out of Region and/or Private/Non-Profit entities pay $150.00
