Join other PD designers for an interactive webinar to discuss the importance of understanding the audience in the design of your PD sessions. Explore ideas and resources to help answer the questions:
- Who will benefit from this learning experience? How do you identify the appropriate audience?
- How does the design of the work meet the needs of adult learners and create conditions for success?
Reflect on the needs of your audience with your own work, and apply strategies to one of your own upcoming sessions or events.
This session is grounded in the Learning Forward Standards of Culture of Collaborative Inquiry and Equity Drivers.
You will receive 1-hour credit for this live webinar, and you have the opportunity for an additional 1-hour credit for sharing reflections and transfer of learning.
Audience: All educators who design/facilitate professional learning (PD directors, campus and district coaches, aspiring coaches, PLC leads, campus and district admin, etc.
Level of expertise: all levels

1. Members of the Region 10 Instructional Practices Package receive free registration.
2. R10 teachers and Out of Region teachers who are not members of the Region 10 Instructional Practices Package pay $100.00.
