NSLP Financial Coding (Revenues, Expenses, Budgets) and Financial Reporting Requirements




The Child Nutrition Program provides technical assistance, training and resources to school districts in order to promote effective management of the federal funded nutrition programs. This is in accordance with United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) and Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) regulations.


Important Session Information:


This session will assist you in understanding financial account code structure and how to make the connection between financial information and compliance.  Participants will gain knowledge on budgeting, forecasting, coding and how to utilize this accounting information for program compliance and reporting.
