Child Nutrition Programs (CACFP)
Menu Planning (In Person Option)




The Child Nutrition Program provides technical assistance, training and resources to child and adult day cares and school districts in order to promote effective management of the federal funded nutrition programs. This is in accordance with United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) and Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) regulations.

In this session, participants will learn best practices that can be used to plan healthy, appealing meals that meet CACFP meal pattern requirements.
