Advancing Educational Leadership (AEL)
AEL (April 11, 12, 13, 2023)




Administrators must be knowledgeable in curriculum and instruction, must be skillful in data gathering and analysis, must be able to set goals, must be skillful in conducting effective conferences, must have team building skills and conflict resolution skills, and must have mentoring and coaching skills.   The Advancing Educational Leadership (AEL) training addresses all of these skills and provides practical tools for participants to implement.  This 3 day, researched based and engaging training is now required for teacher appraisers who are T-TESS evaluators unless you are already ILD certified.

 

An AEL Certificate is required for T-TESS Certification unless you have an ILD Certificate

Important Session Information:


If you are a current administrator in a Region 10 District/Charter or Private School that has purchased the Administrative Services Package there is no registration fee. For all other participants there is a $450 registration fee due when registering.

  • Once your information is verified  and you qualify for a fee waiver you will be registered and receive a confirmation e-mail
  • If you don't qualify for the fee waiver you will receive an e-mail to complete your registration and submit payment.
