Social Skills and Strategies for Teaching




Training relating to education or services for students with low incidence disabilities.

Important Session Information:


In this session, Marcia Rohrer and Nannette Samson will highlight educational best practices for teaching social language and social skills to students. These skills will increase their ability to work with others, make friends, and as adults, maintain employment. Participants will be provided resources and practical ideas for teaching social skills to all ages and levels as well as opportunities to participate in sample lessons.

There are two price tiers for this event

     1. Region 10 public local education agencies receive free registration.

     2. Out of Region and/or Private/Non-Profit entities pay $150.00.
