Fiscal Compliance Academy – Presented by: Cory Green (TEA, Associate Commissioner for Grant Compliance and Administration) and Tiffany Kesslar (Brustein & Manasevit)




The Fiscal Compliance Academy will be presented in collaboration between TEA and Brustein & Manasevit. 

  • Day 1 will provide an Federal Focus with an EDGAR overview and fiscal compliance requirements for ESSA/ESSER grants.
  • Day 2 will provide a State Focus with hot topics such as; procurements, travel, time and effort, tracking of capital, requirements for district/campus improvement plans, PNP equitable services, documentation, and random validation finds.
