This session being presented by Attorney Elvin Houston from Walsh Gallegos will focus on legal issues regarding FIE reports the REED process and reevaluations. Through a review of recent cases Mr Houston will provide practical tips for applying the FAPE factors to assist evaluators in assuring evaluations meet evaluation procedures outlined in IDEA.
