Mental Health Training and Awareness
Tips for Taming Test Anxiety

Mental health professionals understand the biological, cultural, developmental, and social influences on mental and behavioral health, its impacts on learning, and evidence-based strategies to promote social–emotional functioning. Mental Health Training & Awareness supports school staff by increasing awareness and knowledge of mental health and co-occurring disorders as well as the presenting symptoms that affect an individual’s ability to thrive.

Important Session Information:

Who feels super confident going into a test? Not many of us, especially with all the external stressors we face day to day.

In this session, we will explore strategies educators can use with students to tame their anxiety going into a heavy test taking season.

We will apply strategies for students K-12 including our students in special pops.
