Counter issues of racism, sexism, and exclusion by making workers aware of basic cultural differences, backgrounds and personality traits. Participants receive the necessary basic skills to understand inherent prejudices and combat natural barriers to effective workplace interaction.  

If you are a current employee of a Region 10 District/Charter or Private School that has purchased the Human Resources Package, you are eligible to attend at no charge UP TO YOUR SCHOOL’S DESIGNATED ALLOTMENT.   Additional employees over the school’s allotment will be charged half price.  For all other participants there is a $75 registration fee due when registering.
