C-SEP Webinar: SLD Identification Strategies: Well Planned and Executed FIE’s with Dr. Ed Schultz

The ‘I” in FIE is “Individual.” A “strategic” approach to SLD identification has many advantages to a “one size-fits all” approach to SLD identification. This session will focus on assessments strategies such as: dynamic assessment, diagnostic interviewing, observation, and curriculum sampling to help educational diagnosticians navigate the identification process. With remote testing and disrupted learning due to COVID, Educational Diagnosticians need additional tools and strategies beyond traditional assessment tools (I.e., Norm-referenced tests).

Important Session Information:

THIS TRAINING WILL BE VIRTUAL VIA ZOOM. A LINK WILL BE EMAILED OUT TO REGISTERED PARTICIPANTS THE WEEK OF THE TRAINING.

Optional independent follow up activity with feedback provided (completion and submission of activity will result in an additional 3 hours of credit)
