Mental Health Training and Awareness
Therapeutic Thursday: Guided Imagery (15 minute grounding activity)




Mental health professionals understand the biological, cultural, developmental, and social influences on mental and behavioral health, its impacts on learning, and evidence-based strategies to promote social–emotional functioning. Mental Health Training & Awareness supports school staff by increasing awareness and knowledge of mental health and co-occurring disorders as well as the presenting symptoms that affect an individual’s ability to thrive.

Important Session Information:


During this session the participant will:

Take a 15 minute mental health break and participate in a 15 minute Guided Imagery with Erin Kaszynski, LPC
