The revised Texas Prekindergarten Guidelines reflect current research and best practices in early childhood education. The Guidelines provide challenging but achievable outcomes and concepts that children in high-quality Pre-K programs are to master in each domain as a precursor to the Kindergarten TEKS.
Participants will examine the revised Texas Prekindergarten Guidelines and learn how to effectively incorporate them in a high-quality early childhood classroom. An overview of the following 10 domains will be explored through this series.
