With the Covid Pandemic being the latest challenge but certainly not the only one we will face, it’s a good idea to reflect on characteristics helpful to have in your toolbox during any stressful, challenging or changing time. We call these (FAT) - flexibility, adaptability and tolerance.

We will begin by looking at the meaning of each in the context of real situations you have experienced in the past and will likely face in the future. Using this as a starting point, we will explore how to develop effective practices and habits of mind consistent with those concepts and apply it to how you manager yourself, lead and inspire others.
