This is a self-paced, asynchronous, virtual session that will open online from September 8, 2020 through September 18, 2020. This course will close at 4:30 pm on Friday, September 18th. Session content will be shared via Google site which houses all instructions and activities. Professional development certificates will not be available until after the course closes on Friday, September 18, 2020.
There is no Zoom meeting for this virtual, asynchronous session. All course content is housed within a Google site.
During this online-learning experience, educators will explore a variety of math routines. You will walk away with tips and tools for cultivating a classroom environment in which students use academic vocabulary daily to discuss and make meaning of mathematical ideas. Participants submitting all completed artifacts by September 18th will receive digital confirmation as soon as their submissions have been reviewed, certificates of completion will be issued to their Region 10 accounts on September 23rd.
After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.
