The Child Nutrition Program provides technical assistance, training and resources to school districts in order to promote effective management of the federal funded nutrition programs. This is in accordance with United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) and Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) regulations.

Child Nutrition finances can be both daunting and confusing.  What do you have to report when and how do you do it?  If these are questions you ask yourself then this class is for you.  Together we will navigate through these murky waters as we go over the financial requirements and due dates for the Child Nutrition program with resources to help you understand the “why, when and how”.
