Integrating the Streamlined Elementary Social Studies Standards with ELAR (K-5)




Perhaps the greatest struggle in the elementary Social Studies classroom is figuring out how to make time to teach it. In this session we will discuss the streamlining changes in the Elementary Social Studies content. We will also focus on how to best integrate Social Studies with the ELAR standards by examining common areas to support.
