Active Learning in the Library: Supporting Content Area Standards with Active Engagement opportunities




The ELAR TEKS emphasizes the importance of speaking, reading, writing, listening, and thinking for all students. This blended learning session will offer all educators strategies and tools to keep students engaged and learning.

Important Session Information:


**Please note, this learning experience is a virtual event and will not be hosted at a physical site.**

This blended learning experience will include a live virtual discussion via Zoom for the first hour and time on your own for application, reflection and development of product.   Note****To receive three hours of professional development credit, it is necessary to attend the live webinar and submit the specified, electronic proof of self-paced learning

Please note: You must register for the webinar in two places:

  1. Register for the event here on the Region 10 Calendar of Events.
  2. Register for the webinar on the Zoom link.

All participants registered on the Region 10 website will receive Zoom login information prior to the webinar date.

There are two price tiers for this event:

  1. Members of the Region 10 Library Cooperative Services receive free registration.
  2. R10 teachers and Out of Region teachers who are not members of the Region 10 Library Cooperative Services pay $100.00.

Discounts will be reflected at checkout.
