The TExES Bilingual Target Language Proficiency Test (BTLPT) — Spanish (190) is designed to assess whether a test taker has the requisite knowledge and skills that an entry-level educator in this field in Texas public schools must possess in order to teach bilingual proficiency. In this 3 hour session participants will learn about the test make up, look at sample questions, and work on strategies to take the exam with success.
