IMPORTANT: This workshop is offered for schools subscribing to the lead4ward data module in Eduphoria Aware. Each participant will need a laptop and Eduphoria Aware access.
Data Optics is a hands-on workshop where participants generate lead4ward reports using their own data. The workshop focuses on understanding and using the lead4ward data tools throughout the school year. The workshop also explores local assessment programs and ways to integrate data types and data visualizations in analysis and instructional planning.

- How to generate custom reports and apply filters
- Methods of connecting and synthesizing student performance and progress data
- Targeted use of frequency distribution and descriptive data in assessment and instruction
