Important Session Information:

This training on the Self-Assessment portion of the Special Education Monitoring Process is part of the Texas Education Agency’s new Differentiated Monitoring and Support Program.  This session is reserved for LEAs selected in groups 1 and 2 for this year.

The Self-Assessment is the first part of the Cyclical Review Process.  Completing the self-assessment will help drive the remainder of the Review and Support Process.  We want to help you master the process of completing the Self-Assessment and ensure that you have all the information you need in order to do so.

Please consider if you would like to include another person form your LEA to attend this training also.  If you are an SSA director, think about whom you may ask to attend the training form each of the LEAs you serve.  If you are having someone join you, please limit the total number of people from any one LEA to three due to seating limitations.
