This training for administrators and coaches will walk you through a PLC meeting focusing on  student growth and a PLC working with student exemplars.  It will allow you to turn these PLCs around and lead your teachers through this process.  In the growth PLC teachers will make predictions, look at past and current data,  and make instructional adjustments based on their work.
