The Texas Municipal Courts Education Center and Law-Related Education/State Bar of Texas have created curriculum units that incorporate traffice safety into engaging lessons and activities for K-12 Social Studies, ELAR, math, health, and government classes! All Lessons are correlated to the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS).

Teachers attending this session will receive, free of charge, engaging hands-on materials and curricula for use in the classroom. Materials in Spanish are also included.

Your workshop presenter will be Lisa Wellborn, from McKinney, Texas. Mrs. Wellborn is a retired teacher and administrator from Plano ISD with over 30 years of education experience.
