Region 10 Annual Technology Conference

Location: Plano Event Center

Check-in Time: 7:30 am - 8:30 am

Presentations: 8:30 am - 4:00 pm

Special Notes:

  • A nominal fee of $25 will be charged this year to all attendees to cover the cost of lunch and to offset the costs associated with holding the conference at the Plano Event Center.
  • Lunch will be included. A lunch option form will be emailed 3 weeks prior to the event. *Outside food is not allowed in the Plano Event Center.
  • Please only register yourself due to registration system constraints. (If you register for someone else, at this particular time, their registration may not show up and we do not want to miss anyone.)
  • If you are from the same school and using a purchase order to pay, each person may use the same purchase order number. Please make sure to list each person's name on the purchase order and send to Alycia.Calhoun@region10.org or by fax to 972-348-1613.

Registration has been reopened & will close on June 4, 2019 @ 12:00 a. The lunch order form (sent by the event contact listed) closes on June 3, 2019 @ 11:59 p. Any registrants that have not submitted the form will default to a voucher to use at concession.

Onsite registration the day of the event will be $35 and will not include lunch; concession will be available. We will only take credit/debit cards for those registering onsite. Cash or checks will not be accepted.

Picking up your name tag on the day of marks your attendance, so if your registered on or before May 31, 2019, a name badge should be printed for you. If yours is not printed, please utilize the onsite registration, to ensure your attendance is marked. If you know that you paid ahead of time just sign in. Anyone that we do not show as having been paid for will not have their attendance marked, even if they sign in.
