Child Nutrition-Certified Food Manager-TASN Code 100



This course is designed to provide food service managers with training on food safety that is needed to pass the Certified Food Manager Exam. The course will cover sanitary laws and procedures and the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point System (HACCP ). This session is classroom training only and does not include the exam.
