TASB trainings for the Human Resources representative.

If you are a current employee of a Region 10 District/Charter or Private School that has purchased the Human Resources Package, you are eligible to attend at no charge UP TO YOUR SCHOOL’S DESIGNATED ALLOTMENT.  Additional employees over the school’s allotment will be charged half price.  For all other participants there is a $150 registration fee due when registering.

Spending Wisely: The Intersection of Staffing and Pay

Salaries and benefits make up about 80% of most districts' budgets.  While we often think about the impact of compensation decisions on the "people" portion of district budgets, we don't always connect the financial impact of staffing decisions on that portion of the budget.  This full-day training will help attendees identify how staffing allocations and compensation can work together to achieve HR goals.
