This workshop is based on Ruby Payne’s book A Framework for Understanding Poverty, which has sold more than 1.5 million copies.
Teachers who participate in this training will:

- Understand hidden rules of economic class and effects on behaviors and mindsets
- Develop stronger relationships with students to impact behavior
- Reduce discipline referrals
