for children to achieve their full potential. This work has brightly illuminated the critical need for strong social emotionally healthy leaders and organizations. This workshop explores three key leadership lessons that will transform your capacity to successfully manage your emotions, reactions and relationships and allow you to set a positive tone in your life and in your organization, whatever your official role!
Objectives:
- Participants will learn an easy to remember definition of social emotional health and explore how it shows up at work in their colleagues and in themselves.
- Participants will explore two key barriers that make it challenging to respond consistently in emotionally intelligent ways.
- Participants will learn and practice three key lessons that will increase their capacity to express strong social emotional health in their lives and in their organizations.
