TEA will present - ESSER MoEquity Training and the possible impacts Supplanted ESSER funds might have on MOE IDEA-B and ESSA Requirements

Did you use ESSER funds to supplant expenditures? If so, do you know how this could impact future funding? Will you be able to pass MOEquity requirements? James Connolly and Luis Garza from TEA's Federal Fiscal Compliance & Reporting Division will present ESSER MoEquity data and how to prepare for Spring 2023 compliance determinations. Resources and tools will be shared to help you monitor your own ESSER funds' impact on MOE requirements. This presentation will be beneficial for both the Federal Program and Business Office to attend together. The morning and afternoon will have presentation from TEA with built-in time to work on your LEAs financial and FTE data.
