Summary:  With the changing landscape of medical and schools now able to opt out of the TRS State Medical plan, it is important for schools to understand what their risk are.  We will be educating schools on the differences between fully insured medical, level funded medical and self-funded medical and what things they should be aware of if deciding to opt out of the TRS Medical plan.
