Do You Know What They Know




The TEKS Resource System provides all viable curricular and assessment components. The curriculum of the TEKS Resource System aligns with state-adopted standards, including content connections, formative and summative assessment items, and support resources.


Important Session Information:


Participants will learn how to use the Mathematics Instructional Considerations to Activate Purposeful Planning (ICAPP) tool to know what to pre-assess before instruction. After determining what to pre-assess, they will use the NEW Checks for Understanding online assessment in TRS to create a pre-assessment. Participants will look at the Mathematics Teacher Manipulative Google Slide Decks to use for instruction that aligns to the Pre-Assessed TEKS
