Join the Bridwell Institute for Economic Freedom from SMU’s Cox School of Business as they launch four new modules from the Teaching Free Enterprise program. The two common threads that bind all social studies are history and economics. The four topics in this offering will provide broad yet specific economic principles that will engage and hold the attention of student in multi-discipline social study classrooms. Aligned with the TEKS these modules are loaded with student engagement activities that will be sure to spice up the learning in your classroom. You will receive electronic versions of each module that are print ready and the presentation PowerPoint to use in your classroom. Teachers participating in this session will receive lunch and 6 hours of CPE credit.
