This Teaching & Learning professional learning opportunity will provide content, material, and strategies to assist educators in meeting the needs of students in their district.


Important Session Information:


The fee of a currently certified CHWI and their High School CHW Training Program to be affiliated with the TEA/Region 10 Community Health Training Program is $500.00

Cost is $750.00 for out of Region participants.


After you submit your registration, you will receive an email invitation from R10CTE.instructure.com on January 4, 2022, or within 48 hours of your registration, to the email address you registered with that will allow you to create your account for the course. This will be your access point for the CHWI online training component.    
 
During the live virtual training on 2/4/2022, we will review the online training portal and CHW Resources that will be available to you.  Additionally, we will demonstrate the process for a student to submit their training completeion to ESC 10 for the certificate they will need to apply for their certification with Texas DSHS.
