TEA’s diagnostic framework concentrates on three domains; Implementation, Student Outcomes, and Family Engagement, emphasizing the connection between monitoring activities and actions that improve student outcomes. These are integral to addressing the seven critical areas of compliance in all aspects of the system of monitoring and support.
