T-TESS Face to Face Calibration Protocol Training

From a cognitive perspective, appraising teachers is an extremely complex task.  Region 10’s mission is to make sure we are supporting appraisers over time and ensuring that districts and campuses are striving for inner-rater reliability.  Region 10 can assist with the creating and implementation plan for calibration protocols.  The process is meant to help appraisers develop the habit of scoring accurately and help to promote consistent ratings among appraisers..

This training will use the TIA Success Factors to drive its learning outcomes.


Important Session Information:


This is a three (3) day training course.  Should a participant miss portions of the training, drop registration later than a week prior to the start date, or not attend without proper cancellation, he/she will be charged a $25.00 fee.

If you are a current administrator in a Region 10 District/Charter or Private School that has purchased the Administrative Services Package, there is no registration fee. For all other participants, there is a $450 registration fee due when registering.
