For many schools, teacher collaboration is unchartered territory, leaving the practice unstructured and inconsistent. Collaboration, just like any other skill, can be honed and improved upon with practice. This workshop will assist participants in developing genuine collaborative teams in which they can develop  share goals, engage in mutually rewarding professional practice, appreciate common language, and increase student learning.
