Youth Alcohol & Marijuana Use




Mental health professionals understand the biological, cultural, developmental, and social influences on mental and behavioral health, its impacts on learning, and evidence-based strategies to promote social–emotional functioning. Mental Health Training & Awareness supports school staff by increasing awareness and knowledge of mental health and co-occurring disorders as well as the presenting symptoms that affect an individual’s ability to thrive.

Important Session Information:


In this webinar, participants will learn about youth alcohol & marijuana use including risks & warning signs associated with use. Presenters will explore short & long term impacts as well as how COVID has affected use. Participants will learn support strategies &  resources for youth & families.
